Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've been living at Park Ridge since summer of 2002. Since then, we're now on our third management company. The latest one refused to clean my carpets when they were stained from a flood caused by their pipes bursting (mind you, since my pipes went, someone else in the building had the same disaster). I was in Massachusetts for 10 days, and NOBODY from the office made a point to contact any of my FIVE emergency contacts. Screen went, that took 3 months to fix, toilet's still broke, find somewhere else to live, not here.
