Not the best place to live

When we moved in they told us since we had pets they wouldn't replace the worn old, stained carpetting.
Instead they charged us our security when we left saying we were the ones that had ruined the carpet though our animals had never messed on it.
Our truck was broken into right out in front of our apartment and it was shrugged off by the staff when we called the police and informed them.
They told us we should have checked the crime rate ourselves before we moved in and that they were not responsible for our security.
While technically correct their lack of interest was not reassuring.
The reviews I see here are not surprising at all.
With hollow metal doors you can hear every noise and conversation in the hallways between apartments.
