This is the worst place I have ever lived.

My air conditioner leaked for months, and althought I reported it no one bothered to come to fix it until it began to leak into my neighbors apartment below.

My sink was also cauing a leak into my neighbors apartment and the maintenance guy just chose to come bang on my door late at night and scared me to death, no call, no warning, no nothing.

Currently my garbage disposal does not work.

I am waiting for them to come back to finish fixing my sink and disposal.

The best part is my lease expired several months ago and despite several calls and visits I have still not received a new one.

I have been told it would be sent out and that it has been sent out but they have had a problem with things being delivered to apartments, however they had no problem delivering a letter stating that my rent was increased due to the new lease that I never received.

At this point they can keep the lease because I am looking to find another place to live.

My neighbors allow there small children to play in the stairwell.

The management staff is constantly changing.

This place is the ghetto of the RTP.
