When I first moved in Park ridge estates years ago...

Management was different and friendly and I really enjoyed it....However over the past months things have definatly changed.

Prices are too high for what u get, no amenities, management changes constantly, maintainance is bad and weird, they are never in the office, they do not keep the breezeways clean......

they just need to get it together! I would not suggest this property to anyone else not even if they were desperate.
