This place is the worst place to live at!!! I have lived here for two years now. My lease is up in March and I am out of here. The manager does not care about his residents. He is never there and when he is he has his employees say he isn't. I have had to write corporate on several occasions about the manager and they go right back to him because he is the regional manager. How can a manager fix a problem that is about him' They never would let me speak to his boss. The staff changes every month and they don't care either. I guess when you have a boss that doesn't care then why should you'! The maitenance is HORRIBLE!!!! I have had a problem with my heat and air conditioning since I moved in and it still two years later doesn't work properly. When the seasons change they have to come over to switch some wire to make it work. They have trashed my apartment and gone through my stuff when I wasn't home. When I first moved in I moved into an apartment where the resident had moved out the day before. I guess that should of been my first sign, especially when the mangager Jeremy didn't care! I had to sanitize everything with no help from Park Ridge. I have complained on my LOUD neighbors atleast 15 times and they do not do anything about it. I have had the neighbors dog pee on my deck and still park ridge does nothing about it. They want your rent and thats all. They are very unprofessional and I would HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO MOVE IN HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT FROM THE DAY YOU MOVE IN

Well I mean honestly when you move into an older complex sometimes things might break, it's just like if you bought an older house yet because you're in a complex luckily there is maintenance to take care of it and it's not your problem financially. And the same goes for dealing with neighbors. We're lucky if we get reasonable neighbors but again that's something that is hard to find in any apartment complex. Sometimes noise problems and other things between neighbors can't be resolved, management can't force your neighbors to keep their dog off the porch above you... do you see what I mean?
