listen everyone...i use to be maintenance here and the apartments are basically good. EXCEPT... they have quest plumbing with the old plastic fittings. I was on call almost every week and at least once each week we had a line burst. If you rent here...get flood insurance or you will regret it...THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR FLOODS.. eventually all the fitting will be changed but until then...hope you like water...hahahaha
