Here's a good one for you - the place was relatively new a few years ago. When I went to pick up my keys (moved from several states away), they did not have the 1br they promised me! Same thing for a girl who happened to be there when I was. We were from the same state but didn't know each other and were both screwed. We ended up renting a 2br together. The mgt. had a ridiculous policy that if you have a roommate they only accept ONE deposit check and ONE rent check. Think about this - I ended up with a roommate who developed a drug habit and either wouldn't pay me or blew the $ I gave her. And when it was time to move out, the mgt. would only issue one refund on the deposit - TO HER because they happened to put her name first on the lease. MORAL - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
