Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Between the idiots who (1) rev their motorcycles at 11 pm in the parking lot (2) drive the parking lot at midnight playing loud loud music and (3) the landscapers who trim hedges around the building at 7:45 in the morning -- on consecutive days -- I will not be renewing my lease at this place.
Also, solicitors are a huge problem within the past month. And I don't even think these men are legit -- they're knocking on doors on Saturday nights (8pm/9pm) claiming they're raising scholarship money.
Shady.
This shouldn't be happening for $640 a month in rent.
