The management staff can't seem to manage. Keep a record of all correspondence. May I recommend a tape recorder at all interactions with "management".
It is very loud...you should receive a discount since your upstairs neighbor sounds like they live with you. And on that note, if you complain, management will tell you all they can do is continue to place notes on the individuals door. No matter how long it goes on. What I started doing is calling 911 everytime and reporting it, that way it looks bad on police reports requested by possible tenets.
There are wooden stairs attached to the side of the apartment. It is very loud when people go up or down the stairs. VERY LOUD.
Please, for your own sanity, never sign a lease at Parkhole..I mean Parkside.
