I rented a 2 bedroom on the ground floor in the 400 building. In the beginning it was ok - we just needed a short term lease. The location is good and the pool is nice.
But we had lots of trouble with cetipedes because of the moisture. There truly is a drainage issue behind the first row of buildings that back up to a ravine. Every time it rains the sidewalk/patio outside our front door would be covered with centipedes - and they can pretty easily get in through the foundation.

We also had a leak in our bathroom ceilings (both bathrooms) that came from the toilets from the apartment above us. The maintenance people refused to do more than look at the problem. Who wants to live with someone elses's sewage'' The neighbors upstairs were no help. We knocked on their door for 10 minutes the first time it happened just to ask them to turn their toilet off until the maintenace guy could come and look at it. They were incredibly rude and refused to even allow the maintenace man in their apartment the first time he came.

I would not recommend this complex.
