Let's see during our stay we had a bug infestation that was never corrected. the solution was we were given a bottle of ant killer. The apartment management essentially lost our move-in discount somehow. It would shop up every month that we owed more money, At which point we would go discuss they would promise to fix it and the next month it would be the same thing. Next, when we moved out we were apparently charged for replacing the carpet in our apartment. Note, the apartment needed to be painted but the carpet was fine when we moved out. I say apparently because the brain surgeon management sent the notice to pay for the carpet to the apartment address that we had moved out of, even though they had all three of our cell phone numbers. Three months later the collection agency had no trouble whatsoever using those same cell numbers(provided by the apartment management) to contact us and demand payment in a very unprofessional manner. At which point management exhibited a complete and utter lack of profesionalism (shocking) and also a complete and utter knowledge of how collection laws in NC work. The end result is that we had to pay for carpet that did not need to be replaced and each of our credit reports took a hit somehow. In the end I found Parkside at Woodlake to be unsafe, unclean, unhealthy, and with inept management.
I would never ever live in another property run by anyone associated with Parkside at Woodlake.

i have lived there for 2 years and I never had a problem with the community The staff always was friendly and helpful. so maybe u lived somewhere different but I had a great 2 years there.
