I've lived here for four years and I have really enjoyed it. The townhomes are spacious and having an eat-in kitchen is wonderul. The staff is friendly and the services offered are valuable. The pool opens in the spring (well before a lot of others) and the weight room is roomy. Renting the clubhouse has been a plus since it has a big screen tv, audio system, and a full kitchen. The rules are more lenient than most apts so you can have a grill, paint, have pets, etc. You almost feel like an owner rather than a tenant. The bedrooms in the 2bed TH are a bit small but the vaulted ceiling makes it feel bigger. The only real downside is the limited closet space.
