You always had to watch your back when walking trhough the parking lot. There is a high turnover in management. You pay too much for what you're getting. It's truely a starter apartment on a budget. Noise was truely an issue as well as the construction in the area. Great location but everything else is horrible

I am not sure who wrote this but I can imagine that the author just wants to get back at someone for something that they probably brought on themselves. This statement is clearly a lie and should be removed from the postings!

If anything is a lie, it is your statement. Evidently, you must be management or your in good with management. People want to know the truth, and the truth is that management of Pine Ridge is known for their unethical treatment of some of their tenants. Now, that's the truth!
