It's a great deal for the money! They just repainted all the homes as well and landscape them regularly. Only complaint is really with things beyond their control--like Fayetteville Road construction makes it a pain to leave the neighborhood and makes the entrance to the complex look messy. Management changes made things a bit confusing at first but the new manager is very good. Neighborhood is very quiet and well-maintained!
