I have lived here at Pine Ridge for three months now - and I love it. I moved here from out of state for a job and I only had one weekend to choose a place to call home for two years and I know that I made the right decision. I came in on a Sat. to look and the office was busy, but the office staff was really helpful one person in particular I know that I had so many questions for her and she didn't mind answering every single one of them (I won't mention the name). That is a huge selling point for me is someone that takes the time out to help you. I had a few friends move into Innesbrook just before I chose here and they now wish they could move here. I am working at Duke and this location is central to everything you could need. I have only had to call maintenance one time and they came the same afternoon as my phone call. I originally heard about Pine Ridge from this website so I wanted to give my own personal feedback. If you are looking for a nice two bedroom townhome this is the place!
