Good: location, price, townhouse, safety, management
Bad: uh, no elliptical machine for my roommate' - really, I love the place, it's great
I've lived here for a year now and am moving because my roommate and I are living with new people. I loved Pine Ridge. The management was nice (a leaky toilet and something else were fixed the next day). Desk workers are friendly and kind. The neighborhood is good - low crime, friendly neighbors. Right next to the American tobacco trail if you bike/walk/blade. The townhomes themselves are lovely, new, and insulated (never heard neighbors). All in all, I loved the place! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
