Most of the time people come on these things because they are mad about something. I was looking for a different apartment complex and read these b/c I used to live at Pine Ridge. I moved out in January 2009. I lived there for 2 years. I really liked it for the most part. My apartment was nice for what I paid for it. I didn't have any maintenance issues and very little went wrong for me when I lived there. The office staff seemed nice to me. I didn't deal with them much but when I did, the brown haired girl that sits at the first desk was always really nice. I didn't ever deal with the lady that sits in the office. The little work orders I called in were handled fast. The only thing bad I can say about Pine Ridge was about the car break ins. I did see what another poster was talking about, about 10 cars being broken into. So I moved to another complex down the street. I can honestly say that I wish I would have stayed. Apparantly break ins are happening everywhere and from what I see now, Pine Ridge wasn't as bad as I thought. Where I am now is horrible! As soon as this lease it up I am moving back. Hopefully they have something to rent me. Don't always think you're gonna get something better. Pine Ridge is really nice compared to what you could end up with in this area.
