Sounds to me like staff is writing on this board... BUT from a resident.. This is the worst place I ever lived in as far as safety and unfriendly staff. My car got borken into TWICE and property stolen. One person had their car stolen and another their motorcycle. Management is not willing to do anything about safety, like install gates, security cameras or more lights... unbelievable... Moving out as soon as I possibly can!!!!

I agree with Worst Experience Ever. The on-site property manager and assistant manager at Pine Ridge Apartments in Durham treated us with total lack of respect. Let the Renter Beware!

Maybe the Anonymous defending the office should get a job elsewhere other than the Pine Ridge office.. I have not met a person in the complex that would feel so passionate about it except someone that works there!! My neighbors shared my sentiment. read other reviews.. get a life! I LEFT THIS COMPLEX AND SO HAPPY THAT I HAVE...

i have lived here for 3 years. i will say it is not that bad. i do think management could be more friendly but thats just how people are. while you were here did you do anything to inprove your area or did you come home and stay in the house. i do notice that no one watches out for each other because we all stay in the house. a neighbor is exactly what you make it. i still live here. my car was broken into nothing of value was in it so nothing was stolen. it happened on a saturday night. i notice it on sunday morning. didnot let it bother me went to church. remember your neighbor is only as stong as its tennants. together we stand devided we fall. you should read some of the other complexes we have it made. is my name i am real and i am a tennant. so are other memebers of my family.

I'm glad your having such a positive experience, too bad the rest of us aren't. I take offense to being treated and spoken to with total disrespect. I wasn't raised to treat people in such a way and don't appreciate it when it comes from others. I worked in a customer service position for years, and never would I have treated anyone the way management at Pine Ridge treats some of their renters. Its really troubling to know that Ticon would allow such individuals to remain on their staff.
