Nice place to live

We had a good experience living here.
We lived in a 1 bd apartment and didn't have any major repair issues.
We had a faucet that began to leak the service was appropriately timed.
The management were friendly and helpful.
Our electric bill was around $45/month and heating and cooling is done at this price but we are pretty careful with shutting things off and use the spiral bulbs in everything.
We were on the top floor so that helps with the noise.
We had a couple of inconsiderate neighbors that held parties in the breezeway...but they were reported by several people to the management and police and the parties did not happen again.
So again the management was professional, acted quickly and appropriately.
The parking spaces are close and so we received a few door dings until we started parking only next to people who we knew were careful with their doors.
There also has been some break ins in several of the cars and there was an attempted break in on one of the apartments as far as we know about.
The management has closed the back fence between the park and the complex where the thieves were coming in and escaping out.
It's too bad because we liked to go back there and play tennis but it was the appropriate choice on their part.
Hopefully they can somehow fix it up so tenets can access the park but others cannot access the complex.
We moved out because of starting school in another city.
We wished that we could find a property there that was managed by Ticon Properties but no such luck.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same apartment complex. They are anything but professional, and I have never, ever seen a $45 electric bill. I'm sure Ticon has some very professional and nice people working for them, just not at Pine Ridge. This was a horrible place to live. An experiance me and my family will never forget.

Everyone has different experiences obviously. We had a one bedroom and were dedicated to keeping our bills low (although we weren't uncomfortable). People will have different size apartments or run their heat, hot water, lights, computers and cooling differently. As far as the management there are people each of us get along with that others do not, there are plenty of times I haven't gotten along with someone that another person has.
So yeh I believe we could be talking about the same place. The reality of these rating places is that people are not generally going to post here unless they had a great or horrible experience. So a majority of people have something in between. Not everyone has our experience and not everyone has 2496's experience. So read with wisdom!
