I don't know where some of the reviews came from, but this was one of the worst places that I have ever lived.

The managment was rude, very disrespectful.

I have never seen a $45 electric bill....EVER!! You wouldn't believe it, so I won't tell you how much my bill actually was.

I've had some repair issues that toke days, weeks, even months to get fixed.

I wouldn't recommend Pine Ridge to my worst enemy.

The person said the used "spiral bulbs" which means energy saver bulbs....that makes it quite possible to have a $45 electric bill.
