Contrary to the two previous reviews, my 7 months with these guys was fine. I was in one of the ground level, one bedroom units and about the only problem I had was with some bugs. This was not to be unexpected as I was in the lowest point of the building (and the least expensive as well-my choice). These uninvited guests were short-lived though as they normally rolled up after a short time and died. Nothing a good vacuum cleaner didn?t deal with.



As for noise from my neighbors, of course I heard some steps from the person above me, it?s an apartment for goodness sake.



I found the staff delightful to work with, and would recommend folks to consider this place in the future.
