I have been living here for two years now and only stayed cause it is a pain to move.

1. Maintenence is good and responsive and works hard. They have to because it is an older complex and things break frequently for that reason.

2. Office staff is mean and unresponsive.

3. Rents are negotiable. If you are not knowledgable, they WILL take advantage of you. Avoid fireplace units. They will raise your heating prices and cost more in rent by $40 a month- almost $500 a year.

4. As rents have been lowered (across the area) Pinnacle ridge has dropped it's rent more than others and as a result the character of the place has changed from a student area to more of a working class complex.

5. I recommend Archstone instead. It is right across 15-501 and is newer and just a little more expensive. Alexan Place or Farms are also good bets.
