Compared to other apartments that I have lived in, and other apartments in this price range, this is a great value. The complex is generally pretty quiet. Most of the residents are graduate or professional students at Duke. Parking is good depending on which area of the complex you live in...the back area has fewer spots and they are VERY small. The maintenance crew is very responsive to resident needs. One must be aware that the walls thin...not enough to hear voices or regular noise, but footsteps from upstairs neighbors is common and should be expected. I got a great move in deal as well, with a $100 gift card for a grocery store of my choice. I love the large expanse of trees between buildings, and the ammenities are great!
