My apartment is on the bottom floor and I can hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes...the apartment complex claims to be a "gated community" but the gates are always wide open or malfunctioning and when they do work, people tailgate begind you to get in because the management hasn't replaced the wooden arms. there is never enough parking. The grounds are kept nice but unless your a duke student, you can certainly get much more for you money elsewhere. The interiors are outdated.
