I have had no problems at Pinnacle Ridge - it's a fabulous location, and they keep the grounds and buildings in great order. They have replaced roofing, added microwaves and washer/dryer since I've been a tenant. The maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous, and the office staff is good. My only complaint is that it's a little pricy, especially since the cabinets and floors are a little on the old side. However, its location and grounds are gorgeous - and I had very little problem with noise from other apartments. I recommend the place if you can share it with a roommate/spouse.
