I would not recommend Regency Place. The management is not good, period. There's been quite a few through there recently. And I agree with the other reviewer who says the boss lady is an "evil woman." Maintenance is slow to respond. The neighborhood is not very good. The community has had several rashes of crimes since i moved in, including armed robbery. You're just paying too much money what you get.
