I have had the priviledge of living here for the past 9 years and do not see myself leaving anytime soon. The community is small, very quiet, and the apartments are so unique and spacious. The staff is tremendous. There has been some turnover recently but I have never had a problem. I just renewed my lease and the price actually went down not up and they offered signing bonuses and gifts. Regency really caring about their homes and their residents. I would recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.
