I love the area and feel safe. I don't think that I should pay so much for just one bedroom! The management is great. Bob Metzger is WONDERFUL!!!!!! I disagree with having to pay a pet deposit of $150 and then an additional $10/month! I thought that the $150 covered it! Mostly quiet. The laundry facility needs a security guard! My laundry always gets messed with.
Freedom to park where I please. My weather stripping on my door is coming off and won't get fixed...BUGS! Overall I would try to get a good deal before signing a lease, but once you do, you should be happy.
