I lived at Regency place for a little over two years and I wouldn't have moved out except that we bought a house. The managers are great, especially Bob. I never had a problem with getting maintenance there when I needed them. All of my neighbors were quiet and respectful of others privacy. I was a little wary of the neighborhood when I first saw it, but I never had a problem, in fact there was frequently an officer driving through the complex for extra security at night. I highly recommend it, great price for the size, nice apartments, great staff. Even after moving out, when I had a problem with changing the utilities over, they helped out right away.
