LATISHA THE MANAGER IS A BOLD FACE LIAR I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A LONG TIME. IT USE TO BE A REALLY NICE COMMUNITY THEN MANAGEMENT CHANGED TO CROSSLAND THEY ARE THE WORST. RENT KEEPS GOING UP AND THEY GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. ANYTIME YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO ASK ANYTHING SHE KNOWS NOTHING EVER. AND WHEN YOU CALL HER BOSS MEG PEACHEX SHE DOESN'T KNOW EITHER. TOMMY IS THE BEST ASSET TO THIS PROPERTY. PROPERTY IS OLD IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET NEW FIXTURE OR UPGRADES.THE MANAGER LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING BECAUSE SHE IS TO LAZY AND SORRY TO DO HER JOB.

I am also a resident of Recency Place and I strongly disagree with these remarks. Latisha is remarkably helpful and courteous any time I have a question or concern. Repairs are completed quickly and replacements are made when needed. The rent is very reasonable and there are preferred employer discounts. If you don't appreciate our community, I suggest you move.

Shut up! You move or maybe you did the other day. I'm just glad she gone. Besides she didn't do nothing no way. Now she can be lazy in another community, Yeah! Oh well she's not our problem anymore now is she.
