I totally disagree with the previous review.
I have lived at Regency Place since July 2007 and I LOVE IT.
I have found the manager, Latisha, to be very responsive and professional ALWAYS (and Tommy too).
As far as apartments go, you absolutely cannot beat the location.
The apartments are spacious and clean (NO BUGS!!!).
I am a single parent, and I feel totally safe and secure here.
