I have lived at Regency for almost 6 years and love it. Neighbors are great and the atmosphere is quiet and enjoyable.
Latisha is a great Manager and follows through with everything. Tommy is also great!
The only thumbs down I would say it that the amenties(kitchen)needs updating and the childrens playgorund needs to be expanded or turn the area into a park bench area for sitting andeating. Washer and Dryers should be in every unit and removedthe laundry room. The rent conitnues to go up and that is not a good thing so I am not sure how much longer I plan to stay after my lease has expired.
