Regency Place

 

Since the takeover by this new management team.

I must agree that Regency Place has taken a turn for the worst.

The property manager is so disconnected, non-communicable
with seemingly a dissociative personality.

They took over late may early June.We had
a resident meeting in mid August.

A lot of things put on the table and promises made.
As of today 9/5/09 nothing has changed.

No further communication about the concerns that the residents had.

It's preety much a mute point so they think.

We are going to
go mainstream with our concerns if they are not addressed within the next 2 weeks.
I reralize that the management does not feel the same urgency that we feel because
they ( she ) does not live here.

But we ( I ) will not let our issues die.

I agree
with a previous review, in that we are losing a long time residents who has been here
at least (9) nine years.

This community with its' residents was established when this
new company took over.

This isour community and we are going to take it back.
We bring money into Regency every 30 days.

--------- takes money out via pay every (2) two weeks! You do the math.

Besides we have a lot of vacancies now.
