South Point has been a conveninet and decent place to live until we got out of it.
After living in a two bedroom apartment for a year, we decided to move to a house. We got our furniture out and made the final inspection with the community administrator. Actually, when we asked to do the inspection we were told it was already done and the apartment was alright.
After a couple of weeks we received a check with the refund of our security deposit. It turns out that the apartment?s administration took 50% of our deposit! When we asked about the reason they did that, the new adiministrator told us it was for cleaning charges.
This not-so-nice experience ended in a definitely unpleasant way our experience with the apartment complex. For this reason, we would not recommend it at all.

A similar thing happened me...and now they're charging me $45 for a reference fee....
