I've lived in a 1 BR for 2 1/2 years and upgraded to a 2 BR. The 1 bedroom is more than adequate, and the 2 BR is phenomenal! This complex is a little older than some others, but I haven't had any major maintenance problems and anything I've needed has been handled very efficiently. Additionally, the complex is convenient to everything - Duke, Chapel Hill, grocery stores, entertainment, shopping and major interstates. Beyond convenience and amenities, the staff does a great job of getting to know all of the residents and is attentive to each resident's needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great apartment at a good price.
