Someone came in my apartment while I was asleep at 4am and ran out with my purse! (half the rent was in there) They could have raped or killed me, or anything! I called the police and made a report at that time. The next morning I called the office to see if maybe they would accept half now and give me a little time on the other half without a penalty. They said "sorry that happened to you, but we need the whole rent by the 5th." They didn't ask me if I was alright or anything, they offered me rental insurance. They can kiss my ass. My rent has NEVER been late or anything. They truely didn't care. And did not even warn the other tenants! Other things have happened out here that people don't know about!
