South Point is a wonderful place to call home. When I was looking for an apartment in 2005 I was not aware to South Point due to its location. It is off of University Drive within walking distance to a great shopping center. It was truely a blessing to find the staff was friendly and warm. The apartments homes very well maintained for a mature community. You certainly get great value and service. The maintance staff are prompt. That was one of my main concerns prior to moving. Bottom line is I love South Point and you will too!
