I moved here with my family at the end of July 2007. The management rushed to approve us and got us in within two days. Management has been so responsive and helpful. Repair requests are done the next day and the staff is so friendly and courteous. The apartments are older but inexpensive and very clean. They spray for bugs regularly and keep up the grounds. There are so many amenities--a heated pool that is really heated, a tennis court, a work out room, and on site laudry as well as laundry hookups in the apartments. They even have a carwash port! The location is ideal...the apartments are on a road off University and surrounded by forest, so you don't feel you are living by a major road. South Square if across the street and the local schools are excellent--Hope Valley Elementary, the middle school and Jordan high school. The other tenants are great too--no loud parties. It is very family oriented.
