I assumed my sister's lease and have lived in Southpoint for several years. My daughter and I love it here. We love the location which is very convenient to everything and in a very good school district. Our two bedroom apartment is the perfect size for us, particularily attractive to me is the fact we ave 2 full baths, a fireplace and in the master bedroom there is huge walk-in closet. We live in a bottom apartment near a wooded area. I seldomn hear noises from neigbors. We feel very safe entering and exiting our apartment and have never ever had any safety concerns. Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are handled prompty. I highly recommend this community.
