I have lived at South Point for approximately 4 years. There have been several people who have managed the property since then. This is a good place to live for an individual or a family. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I find them appalling. As you know with any apartment complex, there will be some constraints because life is not picture perfect. I have been a happy tenant at South Point and the management staff is great. Base your decisions on visiting the complex, meeting the staff and some of the tenants.
