The actual apartment units are nice and large, when they're new, they're beautiful. We moved in when the complex was still under construction over a year ago, and it's STILL under construction. They are more than 6 months behind, and the grounds are horribly kept. There is mud everywhere, they're always digging holes making muddy pits, the lake is disgusting, there is a horrible bug problem, and one of the buildings is even slowly falling over! Most of the staff is very nice, however after attempting to voice complaints to the managers/owners, I have not received any responses. Rents are extremely high in comparison to other complexes in the area.
