My roommate and I have lived here for a month and we don't have much to complain about! In searching for an apartment, we looked at close to 20 other complexes and found none that macthed in comparison. We're both picky people and would not have chosen to live here unless it met a certain standard.


LIKES
*In terms of the apartment itself, the floorplans are very spacious and look great! There are lots of windows that give the place an open feel. The extra office/sun room is great to have! The white kitchen cabinets, porcelin sink and rounded corners on the walls give it a classy feel. The 3 bedroom plan feels like a house rather than an aparment.

*We feel very safe here. The free alarm system and the gate attendent are added bonuses! This also helps reduce the price of renters insurance.

*Plenty of parking!!

*The management staff is very friendly and personable. We don't understand the people that wrote that they weren't friendly! Take a minute and go and introduce yourself! We've never passed a member of this staff without getting a hello or a wave. They are very open to suggestions regarding social activities and improvements to the complex.

*The location is great! Three minutes from the mall, cinemas, grocery stores and restaurants. Close to I-40 but still far enough back that it doesn't feel like you live on a highway.

DISLIKES
*The 3 bedroom plan has this stupid hole in the wall above the fireplace. It doesn't appear that anyone thought ahead about this. We're moving into the age of widesceen TVs. These holes are going to be obsolete eventually.

*A car wash station would be great!

*The soundproofing is adequate. Every so often we can here our neighbors TV but that's probably due to the surround sound system they have!


Overall, we think this apartment complex is the best available in the area as far as floorplan, rent, general appearance, and location. It beat out the other 20 places we looked at and really is a luxury apartment complex. We would recommend it in a second!
