I'm really enjoying living here. South Terrace is a gated community with guards at the gate most of the nite and that makes me feel so secure, especially since one of them is a Durham police officer. At my old community we did not have this and there were several cars broken into and my back door neighbor was robbed. Now I'm not saying South Terrace is "idiot" free, but boy the staff here does not play,and if you do in a fashion that disturbs the neighbors, you are out of here!!!
