Don't be fooled by the Positive Reviews

It's easy to tell from the unnreasonably complimentary tone that the majority of the good reviews were written by the management here. Come on, who really thinks their apartment complex is "THE BEST," management is "wonderful", maintenance comes at the drop of a hat, and there's never any trash--this is Durham for goodness sake. It's also interesting that the great reviews always seem to come after the bad reviews and explicitly refute the complaints in those bad reviews. As far as a review, this place is decent, if you don't have to deal with management. Parking is lousy in some areas and people fix their cars in the parking lot (although against ground rules, no one seems to enforce it) but the apartment layout is nice. If you do live here, don't let management dupe you into paying a higher price than the other tenants and make sure you know your rights. Like any landlords, these are more concerned with the bottom line than your peace of mind.

My e-mail is mondoman83@hotmail.com. If you don't mind, shoot me an e-mail with the subject "TERRACE REVEIWER" and I'll reply. Thanks, Justin
