Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
1. The manager is very rude
2. The gate gives a FALSE sense of security
3. The apartment complex is hungry for money, and will charge for any little thing (beware when moving out, they charge for things like drip pans!!)
4. It is not worth the trouble
