Looks are VERY deceiving

Yeah, these apartments may look nice, but it is not worth the hassle of living here. I'd say 80% of the time, we have no problems but the 20% of the time we do, the problems are horrendous. I have lived at 2 other apartment complexes and NEVER had any trouble or concerns. I'm not one to write these things on a website, but I know I came here to research this place before I moved in, and I assume others do as well. I would not choose to live at South Terrace if I had it to do all over again. The management is out to get you for as much money as they can. I've spoken with friends of mine who are lawyers and one has said he is astounded that they get away with what they do. I moved here from Autumn Woods in Carrboro, NC to be closer to work and have regretted it ever since. If you're looking for a nice place to live and a staff that is respectful and professional, I suggest Autumn Woods. It's further away from Durham but it's such a nice community. I have been extremely disappointed with South Terrace in the year that I've lived here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
