Now since the dust has settled. Wow what a difference. I feel that the staff has been consistant and the service is the best its been. We really enjoy it there and our apartment is great. The management team really knows there stuff and the property has never looked better.

Well - I live in a 3 bedroom and the acoustics are TERRIBLE. My neighbors are noisy and the leasing office does nothing about it. Several people in my building are breaking their lease because of it. South Terrace SUCKS! The apts are beautiful, but its not worth the headache.

I agree the apartment complex is going to hell in a hand basket. Things are taking a turn for the worse. The managment team does nothing for its residents. They get you in and then they ignore you. Don't move here, I can't wait until my lease is up next month so I can move.
