I wouldn't live here again..

I'll list the number of issues and let you decide:
1) I reported the A/C freezing in May and again in June, it is now August, 100 degrees outside, and I just had to blow dry the A/C to get it to work.
2) I put in a service request to have the ceiling (which is falling) in my bathroom repaired due to leakage in the upstairs apartment. Maintenance came in, looked in the wrong bathroom, said there was nothing wrong, and caulked the toilet. I even left the part of the ceiling that fell and they just never looked. (the ceiling is still coming apart)
3) For some reason they have ripped random wood off the side of the building this week, no doubt doing wonders for my power bill when I can get the A/C to work.
4) The noise here is HORRIBLE. The neighbors are all loud and rap music blares at all hours.
5) You can't use the fitness center on the weekends without the kids of the complex coming in to tear up the equipment, even though it says you need to be over 18 to be in there.
6) This is a gated community, but you wouldn't know it on a weekend when you come home and have to park on the other end of the complex due to un-stickered cars in the closer spots to attend the neighbor's parties.
7) Management changes about every 6 months (3 times since I've been here a year), and the current management gives about 3 notes a week that say "pay your rent" --- maybe if they would bring in the people who could afford to live here rather than jo schmo and his 6 buddies in one apmt this wouldn't happen.
Other than that, the apartment itself isn't too bad, despite the above problems...I do enjoy my sunroom most of the time.
