not too bad...

The community is really nicely laid out and there's a nice pond with a walking trail around it. The pool overlooks the pond, which is really relaxing. The community is gated, but it's just for show. Pretty much anyone can get in without trying very hard. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and well maintained. I've lived in both the one ($725) and two bedroom apartments ($860--but it's gone up). The new management is probably the worst part. The maintenance people show up fast but often look at the wrong thing and claim there's nothing wrong. Oftentimes the management shows up to the office late and disappear during the day. Since the 3 bedrm apartments are pretty large, there are a lot of families and children running around, but that's only an issue if you live in a 2 or 3 bedrm apartment. I currently live in a building with only 1 bedrm apartments, so there isn't that problem. It's not perfect but pretty nice for what you pay.
