I have lived at The South Terrace for a few years now and it is true that is has gone through some management issues, but after looking through other ratings on this site it seems to be a common thing for other apartments in this area. Sometimes it takes some time to get things fixed but I am happy that I at least know who is coming into my apartment, which makes me feel safe. The office staff has not changed since the summer months and they are always very helpful when I need something done. The gate is broken alot, but I do not think much can be done about that since people try to race in or out of it and break it themselves. Overall I like it here and have alot of my friends and co-workers as neighbors now due to the large referral they give residents for bringing their friends as residents.
